We are a highly experienced professional management team with a track record in asset-backed private equity, combined with technical expertise and high specification fabrication experience.
We have worked with some of the world’s leading architects and construction companies such as: Galliford Try, Bam, ISG, IM Group, Bowmer, Kirkland, and the RHS.
Our track record in capital-markets funded real-estate developments and investments, alongside our design and fabrication abilities, coupled with our industry relationships, puts us in an optimal position to deliver, both financially and operationally, on our innovative parking canopy concept for landlords across the UK and Europe.
Senior Management Team
Mat Webb-Jenkins
Sunroof founding partner. Mat has 15 years real estate PE experience having lead on over £1Bn of deals and was a founding director of strategic land master developer Urban & Civic. Mat is managing director of Stark & Greensmith, the award winning architectural metalwork designer and fabricator.
Martine Le Gassick
Sunroof founding partner. Martine is an award winning designer with over 12 years of running design and production businesses including The Design Boutique and Stark & Greemsmith, winning awards and garnering praise across design, horticultural and manufacturing industries.
Mark Currie
Sunroof Finance Director. Mark worked with Mat while at Urban & Civic establishing its corporate infrastructure to underpin its growth plans. He has also been a partner at KPMG advising PE clients, a CFO of a main market listed consulting business and worked on numerous asset-backed transactions for Guy Hands at Nomura's Principal Finance Group.
Rhys Davies
Sunroof Technical Director. Rhys has over 15 years of M&E experience having worked on projects with a combined value in excess of £500m including over £5m of solar PV projects, both in his current role as director at consultants Cudd Bentley and formally at Sir Robert McAlpine.
